If this is an emergency situation where a child is in imminent danger, call 911 immediately.
If you suspect child abuse or neglect is occurring, please don’t hesitate to call and make a report to Children and Family Services or the police. It’s much better to err on the side of caution than to allow any child abuse or neglect to occur.
Marin Children and Family Services (CFS) Emergency Response is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to receive and assess allegations of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
To report a suspected incident of child abuse or neglect, or to talk over your suspicions with a social worker, contact Children and Family Services at 415-473-7153.
